30 Minute band workout
This is a full total body workout featuring a resistance band. You can use whatever band you have on hand. They make resistance bands in a variety of resistance from light to strong. Choose one that you can complete a workout with or have a variety so you can switch off. This workout consists of leg toning, and a complete upper body and small core workout. Go at your own pace and if you want a longer workout just do it again. If at anytime an exercise hurts, stop doing it immediately and check with your doctor.
