Arms and Abs

This short Pilates workout is the perfect at home class to add variety into your exercise routine while strengthening the arms and core of the body.  Using light weights, this is an effective and short Pilates arm workout.  Working with light weights during a Pilates arm workout is ideal to tone the arms without engaging the neck.  If you are new to Pilates, you may want to try out the beginner series first before adding weight.
