Back Pain Relief

In this video I cover some stretching basics for  back pain relief.  We work the front of the legs and the back of the legs.  Use a rolled up towel under the knees when you work the shins.  A yoga mat and towels work wonders.  Also use  a broom stick or PVC pipe for balance.  If you don’t have access to those use a chair.
