There are times in life when our back hurts and we don’t know how to care for it.  This short effective class is just what you need to stretch things out and begin your day.  This class is not designed for students with herniated discs, scoliosis, or bulging discs.  Make sure to get cleared from your physician to start any new exercise routine.
