Nothing But Chair

This well rounded workout is a great way to challenge your mat practice and grow into new exercises.  This video uses a Peak Pilate chair.  If you would like the printed exercises list please click Here.


  • Chair
  • Mat
  • Box or step stool
  • Chair Handles

Peak Pilates MVE Chair Settings

  • 1 top and bottom is number 3 or 4
  • I middle is number 1 or 2

If you have a Peak MVE chair when I say a top and bottom spring you will adjust to number 3 or 4.  I middle spring is number 1 or 2.

Balanced Body Chair

  • When I say a top and bottom you adjust to 4 and 2nd from the bottom of the cactus.
  • Decide if you want to use White or Black Springs

Stott is the same.
