Pilates Challenge Day 2

Day 2 of the Beginner Pilates Challenge builds upon the foundations you learned in Day 1 and your body will start to move through the motions of your spine by engaging the powerhouse and back of the body.

This class is a great reminder that Pilates is for all levels and abilities. You just have to commit to show up and push play.  You can make a difference in your body with just 10-15 minutes per day.  Pilates focuses on the quality of movement not the quantity.  Please leave a comment and let me know you finished the workout and what you liked about it.
