Pilates Challenge Day 4

In yesterday’s video I encouraged you to look beyond your weight – and today we’re going to continue with that approach.   We’re focusing on flexibility and mobility – two signs of health that have nothing to do with your look or the size of your pants!

 If you feel stiff, tight, or inflexible, Pilates is for you.

 An important note:

 You don’t have to be flexible in order to do Pilates.  If you want to be more flexible, you should try Pilates.
