You made it to day 5!  Congrats

 Whether you’ve done all of the workouts up to this point or you’re still catching up – this is just the start of your journey. Taking care of yourself is something you get to do for your whole life and we are here to help you make it simple, convenient, and guilt-free.

 You probably signed up for this challenge to try a new workout, tone up, improve your mental health, or take better care of yourself.  If you’re like many of the women I’ve been connecting with all week, you want to feel healthy, happy, and strong.
