Pilates With Ankle Weights

Ankle Weight Workout for all levels.  This ankle weight workout will engage the muscles of the leg without using momentum.  You can do this routine with out ankle weight but it you want a more effective Pilates workout, you’ll want to use ankle weights with this workout.  Even though we are going to challenge our body in this Ankle Weight workout using a tool, it is a perfect class for a Pilates Beginner.  I you really want to work on the core check out my other workouts on the membership.
