Upper Body Strength Day

A great upper body workout using your ball and dumbbells.  It is made for all levels to challenge your balance, develop core strength and increase muscle strength.  If you only have one set of dumbbells that is no problem.  Use what you have until you can upgrade to purchasing another set.  To increase the strength you will need a variety of dumbbells that range from 8lbs to 20 lbs.

I recommend these for a upper body workout:

  • light dumbbells 5 lbs
  • moderate dumbbells 10 lbs
  • heavy dumbbells 15 lbs
